Finex - Ultra Fine Mill

This is a Screenless Pulverizer. It pulverizes material with a 600 mm Vane-type rotor having 6 tips that rotate between 2 peripheral liners. Throughout the periphery, a grinding area is available. Material is fed from the center by a vibratory feeder or screw conveyor at a regulated feed rate.

As material gets ground, it is sucked through a gap plate behind the vane rotor, where adjustment is possible from 0.5 mm to 3 mm. There is a centrifugal fan that sucks the ground powder.

It is excellent for grinding sugar to less than 40 microns — superfine icing sugar. Used for grinding chocolate, cocoa, and sugar, this machine will produce very good chocolates.

If the feed size is less than 5 mm, it will grind powder from 100 mesh to 400 mesh. Grinding capacities range from 100 kgs to 2000 kgs/hr.
