Finex Cleaning Plant is a turnkey plant used in the food industry to clean the following impurities specifically from food products such as pulses and spices.
1. Conveying Machine
Its main purpose is to feed the material present in the feed hopper and lift it up to its respective elevation to uniformly feed the next machine inline. It is driven by 2 HP Geared motor.
2. Grader cum Aspirator
The main purpose of the grader is to give uniform vibration to the entire material so that lighter particles/impurities such as plastic, ropes etc. can be sucked out by the Negative Suction Blower and get collected in a Cyclone.
Impurities Separated- Light particles.
3. Destoner with Blower
This machine is used to remove heavy stones present in the raw material.

4. Magnetic Separator
It has a vibrating hopper which feeds the material uniformly on to a high intensity magnetic roller which traps the small mud balls on the roller and are then separated by brushing action.
Impurities Separated- Magnetic particles and mud stones.
5. Gravity Feed Metal Detection System
This metallic detection system is the final machine before the bagging takes place and is used to trap certain metallic particles which are still remaining in the material.
Impurities Separated- All Ferrous and Non Ferrous metals with a size of minimum 0.8mm
6. Centralized Dust Collector
The Pulse Jet Dust Collector with cartridges is timer based where cleaning takes place due to pulsing action of the solenoid valves after a fixed interval of time depending on the dust accumulated in the Dust Collector. This dust collector is connected to the Grader and the Destoner. There is an Exhaust Blower after the dust collection system which blows out clean air after processing the contaminated air in the system generated by the blowers in the circuit.
