Finex Rotary Sifters are highly effective at sifting, scalping, de-agglomerating and dewatering of granular materials ranging from dry bulk solids to solids-laden slurries, including hygroscopic and moist materials that tend to ball or agglomerate. Finex Rotary Sifters can be supplied to suit both gravity feed or as inline models suitable for use in negative and positive pressure conveying lines. Finex Rotary Sifters offer users high standards of hygiene, ease of operation and provide efficient dust tight operation with low noise levels and no vibration.

Design and Operation

Finex Rotary Sifter has a non-vibrating rotating design. The screw feed impeller conveys the in feed material to the screen fitted on the stationary screen basket. Teflon blades or soft nylon brushes are fitted on the rotating impeller which keeps the screen basket clean. The impeller is driven at high speed by direct drive or pulley drive mechanism. The design of our impeller rotating at high speed causes the separation of oversize and fines. No tools are required to remove the sifting screen. It is very easy to clean internally once screen has been removed. Finex Rotary Sifter is available in Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel or any other alloy as per customer's requirement.
