Finex - Hammer Mill

Finex Hammer mill is for grinding spices, chemicals, foods, minerals such as roots and cereals. The grinding chamber consists of the top half serrated liner, and at the bottom is fitted a detachable perforated screen. In the center is a rotating rotor on two sides with bearing housing and mechanical seals. On the rotor are fitted rectangular four-sided swinging hammers, or there can be fixed hammers.

The rotor rotates between 2000 and 4000 RPM, depending upon the grinding equipment model. After the powder is ground, it can be collected by gravity or pneumatically conveyed. The ground powder passes through the screen and is sucked by a blower into a cyclone. From the cyclone, the superfines pass into a dust collector. The ground powder is discharged from the cyclone.
