Finex - Ultrasonic Sifter

Finex Ultrasonic Sifters are used to prevent blinding and blocking of mesh and maintain consistent flow rates. Finex's Ultrasonic Sifter consists of a generator and a probe and applies an ultrasonic frequency directly to the mesh screen, effectively making the mesh wires friction free and hence eliminating blinding and blocking of the mesh apertures. The sifter is designed to effectively screen difficult to screen powders, increasing capacities and allowing accurate separation up to 500 mesh.

Finex Ultrasonic Sifter has been designed so that it can be retrofitted onto any new or existing vibrating sieve/separator.
