Guar Gum being a typical material and light in weight needs brushing action for the screening to take place. Finex has specially designed and supplied more than 200 Rotary Sifters to many prestigious Guar Gum Mfg companies which are running successfully over there.

 We have developed a series of Rotary sifter known as “SR” series in which you get machines with screening area from 1500mm to 4000mm long giving a capacity of 2-5 Tons per hour.
Our specially designed screens ensure that you get optimum screening area and the brushes are arranged in such a way that it keeps the mesh always clean ensuring that even 120 mesh of starch powder is being able to screen effectively.
Air pulsing arrangement is one more salient feature which we provide as an accessory to keep the mesh clean.

In cases where the bulk density of the material is very low (less than 0.5 gm/cm3) then the normal conventional Vibroscreens don’t work that effectively and hence Finex Designed especially Rectangular Screening machines with 2 Vibrator Motors at the sides giving both vertical and horizontal movement to the material thereby increasing the screening efficiency.
When the material travels a long distance in length it ensures that all the inflowing material is effectively screened till it reaches the discharge point.

In other pulverizer, there is frequent screen breaking and fire taking place due to the high temperature rise in the mill chamber. Also to achieve fineness above 150 mesh is next to impossible. Finex introduced the expansion proof IMPACT SCREENLESS MILL with special alloy material and non sparking grinding media parts with curved blower which eliminates the temperature rise ensuring no fire taking place. Fineness above 300 mesh is achieved with high capacity output without any explosion.
 

To grind these cereals, it is normally done in two stages and a high speed pulverizer with screens are used. Excess exposure of product to material handling and longer retention in equipment causes loss of flavors, loss of color.
Finex introduces the IMPACT SCREENLESS MILL with closed type Pulse Jet Dust Collector giving minimum exposure of material in mill chamber and maximum air cooling with continuous discharge of powder with no flavor or color loss. 

Normal practice is to grind in stone mill which is very dusty and it gives low capacity with less fineness. Finex introduced U.F.M. PULVERIZER, which gives capacity in excess of 300 Kgs/Hr, with 250 mesh passing with the pneumatic conveying system. It gives continuous performance with low power consumption delivering high capacity.
 

Wet Salt is grinded in roller mills which are very slow and the parts wear out very easily .It is also noisy in operation  and getting desired mesh size is very difficult. FINEX introduced the heavy duty HAMMER MILL which is fitted with specially slotted screen and alloy steel hammers that can grind an intake of 1000 to 6000 kgs/hr for precious free flow iodized salt of 22 mesh.

Finex introduced high speed PINMILL with accurate set of pins and perforated screen to give perfect continuous free flow salt of desired quality.

Finex offers the Micro Mill with close tolerance hammers for continuous micronizing of sugar into a very fine mesh used for tabulating. The mill is specially designed which can be easily opened and cleaned. Interchangeability of the parts is very easy and can be done without requirement of any special tools, Mill is mirror polished and crevice free which avoids any bacteria formation.
 

Finex Universal Mill with special serrated rotors running at speeds exceeding 5000 Rpm successfully micronizes the powder to desired mesh size with upto 98% passing 100 Mesh and above.

To remove the chilly stem from chilly and separate chilly seeds from skin is normally manually done which is very harmful to labor’s health and very time consuming. Finex introduced a special designed DE-STOCKING CUTTER MACHINE that cuts chilly stems and chilly skin. From the cutter; material is fed to a closed dust proof grader with an air ASPIRATOR where chilly seeds,stems and skin separation takes place.
 

For conveying of one kind of powder discharge from 5 different points Pneumatic Conveying System was specially designed using a Roots Blower to convey the powder over 50 meters in length and discharge the same at many collection points. Pneumatic conveying system are designed and manufactured to handle material from 50 Kgs to 50 tons/hr.
 

A fluidized ribbon blender having a special nozzle for liquid spraying with Dozing and metering device is offered for rapid homogeneous mixing.
 

Finex offers Ribbon Blender with very low tolerance of mixing arms and body for fast Batch Mixing.
Ribbon Blender with jacketing is also available to heat or cool the material inside.
Spray pumps can be provided to spray Preset liquids into Blender while mixing for solid – liquid mixing.
